Our Team
Licensed technicians, fire protection engineers, and project managers — one accountable team for your fire safety from design through maintenance.
Field Teams & Technicians
Beyond our core leadership, Rachna Fire & Safety employs licensed installation crews, alarm technicians, pump specialists, and extinguisher service teams operating daily across Kutch and on project deployment throughout Gujarat. Field technicians carry stocked spare parts for common pump controller faults, alarm loop issues, and valve failures — reducing downtime when emergencies strike.
All technicians receive ongoing training on current NBC requirements, equipment manufacturer updates, and safe testing procedures for diesel pump runs, sprinkler alarm valve trips, and gas suppression room integrity checks. This field capability is what backs our AMC promises and emergency response commitments.
Managing Director
Leadership Team
Oversees company strategy, major EPC contracts, and client relationships across Kutch and Gujarat. With over ten years in fire protection, the leadership team sets standards for engineering quality, documentation discipline, and emergency response that define how every Rachna project is delivered — from a single extinguisher service call to a multi-crore warehouse sprinkler EPC.
Head of Engineering
Fire Protection Engineering
Leads hydraulic design, hazard classification, and NBC compliance reviews for warehouse, industrial, and commercial projects. Responsible for sprinkler density calculations, hydrant flow analysis, pump sizing, and technical submittals that pass Gujarat fire authority and consultant review. Brings practical experience from Gandhidham high-bay storage, Mundra port facilities, and Bhuj commercial towers.
Project Manager — EPC
Installation & Commissioning
Manages turnkey installation timelines, civil coordination for pump houses and tanks, contractor interface, and fire authority witness testing for hydrant and sprinkler projects. Ensures commissioning produces the test certificates, as-built drawings, and handover documentation required for Fire NOC submission and client operations training.
Head of AMC Operations
Maintenance & Service
Runs the AMC program across Kutch — scheduling quarterly alarm tests, annual hydrant flow exercises, extinguisher servicing, diesel pump runs, and gas suppression checks. Coordinates 24/7 emergency dispatch for pump failures, alarm faults, and post-incident system restoration. Maintains consolidated compliance binders for multi-site clients at NOC renewal.
Fire NOC & Compliance
Documentation & Liaison
Prepares Form A/B packages, hydraulic calculation reports, equipment datasheets, and test certificates formatted for Gujarat fire authority submission. Liaises with inspectors during initial approval and renewal visits. Conducts pre-submission gap audits so clients fix deficiencies before the fire officer arrives — reducing rejection cycles that delay occupancy and trade licensing.
Training Coordinator
Fire Warden Programs
Delivers fire warden training, evacuation drills, and extinguisher hands-on sessions for industrial and institutional clients. Programs are tailored to occupancy type — warehouse forklift operators, hotel staff, hospital floor wardens, and school administrators. Documented drill attendance supports Fire NOC compliance and ISO audit requirements.
Field technicians and installation crews operate across Kutch and Gujarat daily.
