Our History in Kutch

Rachna Fire & Safety began when Kutch's industrial corridor was expanding rapidly — new warehouses in Gandhidham, port infrastructure at Mundra, and commercial growth in Bhuj all needed fire protection that went beyond selling extinguishers. We built our reputation on showing up when pumps failed at midnight, on hydraulic calculations that passed fire officer review the first time, and on AMC programs that actually kept systems functional between inspections.

Over ten years, that local discipline scaled into full EPC capability: pump houses, sprinkler networks, addressable alarm systems, gas suppression for server rooms, and Fire NOC documentation packages for everything from single-floor retail to 50,000 sq.m logistics facilities. We remain headquartered in Kutch because proximity to clients is not a marketing line — it is how emergency response and authority liaison actually work.

Systems We Design, Install, and Maintain

Our project portfolio spans the full active fire protection spectrum required under NBC and Gujarat fire regulations. For water-based systems, we engineer hydrant ring mains, wet risers, hose reels, and automatic sprinklers — including ESFR and in-rack designs for high-bay warehouses. For detection, we install conventional and addressable fire alarm panels with manual call points, detectors, and integration to lifts, HVAC, and access control.

Special hazard protection includes FM200 and Novec 1230 clean agent suppression, CO2 flooding for electrical rooms, kitchen hood wet chemical systems, deluge and water spray for transformers, and linear heat detection on conveyors. We also supply and maintain portable extinguishers, emergency lighting, exit signages, and public address voice alarm systems for assembly occupancies.

Quality and Documentation Standards

Every project produces traceable documentation: hydraulic calculation reports, as-built layout drawings, equipment datasheets, commissioning test records, and handover training notes. This is the package Gujarat fire authorities and insurance surveyors expect — and it is what protects building owners after an incident when investigators ask whether systems were designed, installed, and maintained correctly.

We align our processes with NBC Part 4, relevant IS standards (including IS 3844 for hydrants, IS 15105 for sprinklers, IS 2189 for detection, and IS 2190 for extinguishers), and NFPA references where industrial clients or insurers specify international benchmarks. ISO-aligned record-keeping supports clients pursuing ISO 45001 or similar management system certifications.

Founded over a decade ago in Kutch, Rachna Fire & Safety has grown from a local fire extinguisher and maintenance service into a full-scope fire protection contractor. We design, supply, install, test, and maintain active fire protection systems for industrial, commercial, institutional, and residential clients.
